Last Matema is a Chartered Accountant and entrepreneurial leader with a deep commitment to MSME empowerment, strategic governance, and sustainable economic development. As Founder and Director of Alinial Chartered Accountants and Secretary General of the Indigenous Advisory Practitioners Association of Zimbabwe (IAPAZ), he provides expert advisory services, financial solutions, and strategic guidance to businesses and professional practitioners across diverse sectors. He has been actively involved in initiatives to formalise MSMEs, enhance financial inclusion, and strengthen skills development and local participation in economic growth. Last holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences from UNISA, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA (Z)) and Registered Public Accountant (RPAcc). His expertise spans financial management, business advisory, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, reflecting a strong commitment to good governance and socio-economic impact.
