Mpumelelo Mkhwananzi is a Banker and Development Finance Specialist with 22 years’ multi-sectorial industry experience in emerging markets spanning:- Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, International Banking, Trade Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, Micro-Finance and Business Advisory. His leadership experience spans managerial and board level assignments in multi-cultural settings across banking, industry and commerce as well as voluntary organisations in Zimbabwe. He co-founded a business advisory start-up where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategy including overseeing operations from Deal Sourcing, Feasibility & Due-diligence, Project Structuring to bankability, Tender and Capital Raising. He holds Master’s Degree in Development Finance (Stellenbosch University, Cape Town, South Africa); Master of Business Administration (National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe); Bachelor of Commerce Accounting (Honours) (Midlands State University, Zimbabwe); Diploma in Banking and Associate Membership (Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe).
